Data migration runs as its own workstream rather than a last-minute scramble, whether you're coming from Sage, Exact, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Business One, Visma, DATEV, Odoo, Xero, or QuickBooks. User acceptance testing and role-based training close the phase, ending with business sign-off and a confirmed go-live date.

3. Scale

How long does a NetSuite implementation take?

Four factors drive your timeline: the number of legal entities and countries, the complexity of your billing and revenue recognition, the number of integrations, and the state of your source data. How much does a NetSuite implementation cost?

A NetSuite implementation has two separate cost components:

• NetSuite license fee: charged annually by Oracle, based on the SuiteSuccess edition, the number of users, and the modules in scope.
• Implementation fee: charged by your NetSuite partner, based on scope, complexity, and integrations.

SuiteSuccess-led deployments typically come in at lower effort because much of the configuration is pre-built. After Discovery, you receive a detailed scope and effort estimate — so you have a clear picture of what the project involves before any build work begins.
