Our story

Novutech was founded near Brussels in 2019 by two former consultants, Maxime Lothe & Frédéric Szikora, who saw how fast-growing companies were being held back by finance systems and processes that could no longer keep up.

They created Novutech to bring a more agile, transparent and hands-on approach to digital finance transformation. Today, our European team helps CFOs and finance teams build scalable operations, connect their tools and support sustainable growth.
